Large Asian Telecommunications Provider Commits to 
Sangoma Technologies for Network Roll-Out

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 27, 2004) - 

Resulting sales expected to be more than $2-million

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV:STC) (www.sangoma.com), a leading 
provider of connectivity hardware and software products for WANs and 
telecommunications infrastructure, has announced that Sangoma's new 
Advanced Flexible Telecommunications (AFT) series of dual port (A102) 
and quad-port (A104) T1/E1 WAN cards have been selected by a large Asian 
telecommunications provider to support its network roll-out.

Resulting sales are expected to be worth more than $2-million over the 
next twelve months. Customer details are to be disclosed pending final 
publicity approval by the provider's management.

The initial order calls for 580 A102 cards and 170 A104 cards to be 
delivered this calendar year, with further purchases in the New Year.
