Sangoma Technologies Corporation Declares Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 14, 2005) - The Board of Directors 
of Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC) has declared an 
annual dividend of $0.011 per common share. The shareholders entitled to 
receive payment of the dividend will be holders of common shares as of 
the close of business on January 26, 2005. The payment date of the 
dividend is expected to be February 15, 2005.
