Sangoma Technologies' Gideon Hack Steps Down from Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 30, 2006) - Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC) (www.sangoma.com), a leading provider of connectivity hardware and software products for VoIP, TDM voice, WANs and Internet infrastructure, today announced that Gideon Hack, who relocated to Israel in August 2005, has decided to step down from Sangoma's Board of Directors.

Mr. Hack continues to be available to Sangoma as a business and technical resource. The Board thanks Mr. Hack for his valuable contributions as a director of Sangoma Technologies.
